If only the sitting Democrat president could show the same sense of urgency about housing and feeding Americans as he shows about shielding Israelies from consequence.

The US just needs to stop actively funding and supporting the genocide, not even stop the genocide itself.

Though ig it’s a moot point since “israel” would quickly stop being able to continue it if the US support is removed.

You can thank George w Bush for getting Americans perpetually at war, which gives the president the power to attack any time as commander-in-chief. No war? No commander-in-chief power.

I’m sorry dude. Perpetual American war started LONG before Bush Jr.

The difference is that before 2022 that half the nation rallied behind Republicans pushing that agenda.

Post 2022, Democrats are identical to neocons, they just use the terms “neolib” and “progressive”, and liberals/former Democrats are told to just eat up the Progressive neocon bullshit. BeCaUsE tRuMp Is ThE eNd Of AmErIcA!

Even if Trump gets in, liberalism still exists in America. Good people are ready to step up and not let Trump end America.

The truly scary concept is not Trump, it’s letting Progressives let the Democrat party die, letting liberalism in America die, because the Progressives convinced you that they are the only one true savior of America, while they advance conservative agendas and stomp out any liberal voice of dissent.

Well… Clinton air dropped on Yugoslavia instead of engaging in a war.

Democrat controlled Congress voted against the War on Iraq. Bush Jr just ignored them.

Obama did expand the war on Iraq and brought drone warfare to life.

I feel like you are saying “liberals” where you mean to say “Democrats”.

Both political parties have people that dont conform with the core of the party, today manifesting as blood thirsty pro corporation Progressives dragging the Democrat party into the far right.

Liberals for the majority of my life are anti-war/pro-diplomacy/pro-care for the population.

Really though? The USA has been at war for 222 Out of 239 Years – Since 1776. I don’t think Bush started the trend.

WHY is the US getting involved?

Israel is the one that broke international law and BOMBED an embassy, killing noncombatants.

To borrow a quote from Biden and Netanyahu, Iran has the right to defend itself. Why would the US stand in the way of that?

Edit: fixed the name of the country

Iran said that after tonight’s attack, the “matter can be deemed concluded” unless there is more violence.

So hopefully not something that will escalate further

About 31 people were treated for anxiety or injuries they sustained while heading to a protected area when sirens sounded.

    Fucking lol.

The House’s schedule will change for next week, said Rep. Steve Scalise, the House Republican majority leader, and it will refocus on considering legislation to support Israel and hold Iran accountable.

“In light of Iran’s unjustified attack on Israel, the House will move from its previously announced legislative schedule next week to instead consider legislation that supports our ally Israel and holds Iran and its terrorist proxies accountable,” Scalise said.

I swear if Iran doesn’t hit any military target of value then they will have played right into Israel’s hand.

And something real too like C&C and not some random checkpoint manned by 2 guards with no AA.

What would even be the pont otherwise, spending 100 drones causing no damage and convincing the USA to screw you over even more.
