So, how’s it going?
How’s the quality of the sleep you’re getting? I feel better on six hours of decent sleep than I do on 8 of the alternative… I have very poor relationship with sleep - specifically the staying asleep part. Better sleep hygiene has helped, but have started taking a mushroom supplement recently that’s made a dramatic difference.
My sleep for the most part is okay. I think part of my problem at the mo is likely anxiety related so I’m just always in a bit of a slump.
Might be worth trying a nasal spray or antihistamine at night for a few days. I’ve noticed people get tired from mild allergies clogging up their overnight breathing.
