This reminds me of all those times police bust out the ‘jailhouse informant’ who claims their suspect miraculously confessed every single detail to them after sitting in a cell with this complete stranger for just a few hours.

I get the joke but it still doesn’t exist for anyone that matters. You see free markets, you attack violently
“Free markets” is a complete farce. The only free markets are in places where no government exists like Somalia. In a true free market, anyone could take over a business by sheer force since no laws would be there to protect them.
Seems like that’s what happened due to their weird phrasing “died in Hamas captivity” rather than the straightforward “killed by Hamas” or something similar.
And from my understanding, after PG&E was held liable for their electrical lines causing deadly wildfires, they jacked the rates up even higher to cover the settlement costs.
These 13 year olds just need to hire a team of attorneys to seek civil penalties from this company. Easy peasy
Can you point to a time when the US budget hasn’t been meddled with by unelected billionaires? They fund all these candidates precisely because they want to meddle with this stuff without having the responsibility of holding office or being held accountable for their actions.
They’ll just blame it on Biden or “communist liberal regulations” and learn nothing.
“Yes, they fired mortars in a westerly direction, and we all know the US is 6,891 miles west of Syria therefore we see this as a direct attack on the US and will deal with it harshly.”
Who wants a 4am sunrise in the summer though? I think more people prefer extra light in the evening since you’re out and about already. It doesn’t make much different in the winter whether sunrise is at 8am or 9am since everyone is getting up and going to work/school in the dark either way.
Of course it’s real easy to make this statement when it’s someone else making the sacrifice.
That goat crawled through 500 yards of shit and came out clean on the other side
That substantial risk is entirely voluntary though. Nobody is forcing them to rent out PCs and they aren’t the first rental or rent-to-own company to engage in predatory behavior.
It’s all about the headlines and not about actually following through or seeing results.
Intel is just a portion of the CHIPS Act funding and they’re the largest fab in the US. Why wouldn’t they be included in it when the whole point is to generate more domestic manufacturing rather than “trying to pick winners and losers?” Even TSMC got some of the money, and they’re already dominating the market, which arguably makes even less sense to award them taxpayer dollars.
Because nearly all the US juice companies that were around had their applications rejected by the FDA and shut down once the rules were implemented. I’m honestly not even sure where all these disposibles and the few remaining juice brands are coming from, but it’s probably China
I’m curious what they’ll do as well as it was Trump’s FDA that enacted this and decimated the entire industry which is the sole reason why 90% of people are using disposable vapes now instead of mods like they used to.
100% bullshit. “Tobacco flavored” juice is just carmel flavoring and tastes nothing like cigarettes.
With the CHIPS Act funding they can’t do stock buybacks.
This is just like Tulsi Gabbard and a slew of other Democrats, which is why it’s important to hold the party and it’s leadership accountable rather than just being sycophants that support anyone with a D next to their name. Too many Democratic voters refuse to listen to any sort of criticism against party members and this is the result of that.
