But she’s not arresting any of the illegals, so she’s not doing any transgender operations.

I just use it for parking. And I like having a physical parking brake. I don’t trust the function of it when it’s just a button.
How about the unnecessary tech that just shouldn’t be allowed.
At least in the US I feel like technology has leapfrogged regulation.

And I wish I hadn’t.
For anyone like this to be a good thing there needs to be a system of checks and balances. There should be an appeal process that is low effort and low or zero cost. There should also be a verification process by a third party before anything can be added.
I mean I could but I have a nearly limitless supply of rabbits in my yard. Their fur makes great gifts. My plants love the compost I get from everything else. As a bonus the blood compost deters rabbits from eating my cabbage.
Funny thing, I can’t seem to find any type of vegan certification that is concerned with the use of animal byproducts or waste in fertilizer. A few specifically say they do not check fertilizer.
I know the UN is not NATO but an attack on an arm of the UN should be an attack on all.
It’s past time the world started treating Israel like they treat Russia.
Small government right there folks.
I do, but I do it on my terms when I know it is stable. I don’t allow anyone to push updates to my system.
I don’t remember much about my OS courses from 20 years back, but I do recall something about walls between user space and kernel space. The fact that an update from the Internet could enter kernel space is insane to me.
This is a tale as old as time. We did this in the late 90s at an office supply store. Every Sunday night changing price tags “ooh guess there will be a sale on resume paper in the next few weeks”. 1-4 weeks out we would increase prices on some items just to lower them back when the ad came out.
Well there are only 2 choices in a FPTP election system.
A touch of confirmation bias with a sprinkling of “I don’t hate black people, look this one is a friend of mine”
They only actually care about straight Christian children, everyone else’s is less than
Also need to take location into account here. Detroit is 77% black Seems it would be pretty easy to show discrimination is there is a hotel in Detroit that is lacking in black employees.
Punching down. It’s often why bullies are bullies, they are someone’s victim and the lesson they learn is to find someone weaker to make a victim.
If you tell someone they are less than and they believe it, they will start looking for someone less than themselves to treat the same way.
It’s inferiority from the top down. Trump talks in terms of being the best, the greatest, etc to mask his true feelings. He feels he is less than. Maybe not consciously, but it’s absolutely something that weighs on him.
How long before sometime throws a Molotov cocktail under one of these?
Looking at recent decisions, it’s going to go badly for those of us who believe in the anti-establishment clause.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Congress shall make no law, this actually could be interpreted quite literally by the courts that it is perfectly acceptable for a state to not only establish a religion but to criminalize other beliefs.
I think this would be a 5-4 decision with SCOTUS. I think Barrett would be against it, because she is Catholic and would see that her beliefs may not be the ones promoted. Kavanaugh and Roberts could be a toss up.
Hold off until January and we’ll ship him to you in a crate with a few air holes.
