Both https://rentry.co/megathread and https://fmhy.net/ are both great indexes for piracy sites and more, on the vpn side proton, mullvad(they disabled port forwarding so seeding torrents is much slower so they aren’t recommended as much), and air vpn are all decent.
aPirate@lemmy.dbzer0.comto Technology@lemmy.world•YouTube now suggests new content *by colour*English1·1 year agoCurrently the set up that makes youtube somewhat tolerable for me is, Ublock Origin (obviously), sponsor block, Return youtube dislike, Youtube-shorts block , and UnHook. Another option would be to use invidous, Freetube, or NewPipe, but all of them are not perfect and have their own limitations.
The closest you could get is the fair phone, its not perfect but once its available where I am I’m thinking on getting it.
