Google Maps boundaries aren’t the most accurate. You can look up property records for KCMO and see it’s almost entirely inside KCMO (though it does span multiple parcels).
What’s more interesting is that while the building is in KCMO, the address of the gas pump canopy is in KCK. I’m sure they all just use the address of the entire business in KCMO for all legal purposes.

I don’t see how the two are related. You’re always going to have smells from an aromatic chemical (common definition, not chemistry definition of aromatic) plant. It doesn’t necessarily mean they’re regularly spilling their products (though in this case it seems like they were, somewhat).

You could claim costs for therapy, and the costs of having to change to a different gym because you were so traumatized. Heck, if you were unscrupulous, you could claim you now get PTSD about any gym and had to buy a whole brand new home gym.
Even a mildly complex state machine is AI.
