Scams are getting way more advanced. Long gone are days of Nigerian princes with riches willing to share their fortunes. And GenAI will make things even worse.
Now it is really easy to clone someone’s voice. It’s both scary and dystopian.
This is what happens when you act with absolute impunity and ignore international law.
This creates a very serious precedent in history, when other parties can think that they can act the same way. International law exists for a reason!
What is more worrying is what Trump thinks of the EU. This guy is a threat to democracy and international law.
And the worst is that much of the democratic party is shifting more to the right in their pursuit of voters.
This world is completely screwed with politicians like Trump in power.

If Israel has nothing to hide, why isn’t the international press not allowed in Gaza?
And why do all those international surgeons, nurses, etc. going there all talk about kids with sniper wounds, all aid and humanitarian organisations talk about the dire conditions, etc?
So in your eyes, Israel is the sole victim here? But then how come all those international humanitarian organisations seem to disagree with you and paint completely different pictures on the reality on the ground?

I guess the next four years will be “interesting” and divisive. This world is going from bad to worse.
Yes, these trifold phones look amazing. I am upgrading my phone every 4-5 years, and usually try not to overspend on it, so most likely I will skip buying trifold the next upgrade cycle so I guess 2030 the technology would be mature enough and more affordable.
I guess that the Belts and Roads initiative really paid out for them. With it they got access to a lot of mines in Africa and now have access to rare minerals, which are needed for their industry.
First of all, we are not talking here about ash but the cigarette filters, 4.5 trillions of it are littered every year, that contain all the toxins, are made of plastic fibers and it is not bio degradable.
Have you ever been to Europe? Because I have been traveling all over the world including the US, and spent a couple of months there, and I can tell you that even though there are some really great people in the US, the amount of self entitled people there is astonishing compared to any other country I have been to.
I am not saying there aren’t any racist or self entitled people in Europe too, of course there are, but in my opinion much less compared to the US. Simply the fact that half of your population votes for Trump and Republican policies is quite telling.
You know the Earth doesn’t revolve around you.
On the other hand, I think cigarette butts are also quite polluting the environment too. So I am not sure what’s worse.
And let’s not fool ourselves. It is all about controlling the masses.
Right now politics and religion is one dividing factor that fuels enormously the racist views of the population. It simply divides us more than it unites us.
In most developed countries you don’t even need a gun. Why would you need a gun if you are living in Paris, or Rome for example, or New York.
Part of the problem in Germany is also the language barrier. A lot of employers are simply refusing to hire someone who doesn’t know German and their inflexibility. But if they want to continue striving, they sure as hell need to adapt to the new reality and make things more appealing to young professionals.
The truth is that salaries in the sector for those roles are on the lower end and a lot of people prefer to find better paid jobs.
