2·7 months agoI dunno, maybe we need something more General.
When the volume of potentially relevant and interesting content is enormous to the point that a standard human brain can’t possibly hope to filter through all of it in reasonable time, the algorithm makes plenty of sense.
I just want a fair algorithm that represents what is best for me and us.
The level 3 autonomy is under extremely limited circumstances, which are basically on the bighway under 40 mph. These are basically the safest possible conditions to have level 3, and it is the right place to start.
Seriously.
There is always the chance of entering a discussion with someone who disagrees with your “obvious” assertions and also may have the ability to change something. It is always good for someone to actually go and look to prove your point with real verifiable evidence instead of just going “well obviously I’m right” and ending it there.
It means “functioning as expected”.

It is pure propaganda to state or imply that anyone else is responsible for this war.
It is very much to Ukraine’s benefit to drag out this war if the alternative is Russian subjucation.
If on the other hand the alternative you are seeking is flooding Ukraine with Western-provided weapons to the point that they annihilate the invaders and win quickly… yeah, that would be better for Ukraine than a drawn-out war.
