The current security philosophy almost seems to be: “In order to make it secure, make it difficult to use”. This is why I propose to go a step further: “In order to make it secure, just don’t make it”. The safest account is the one that doesn’t exist or that can’t be accessed by anyone, including its owner.

It seems to me these scenes are introduced in films to sexualize them. Most often than not they don’t add anything to the story. But blood & sex get more viewers. So I find the whole thing hypocritical.

   • “Jobs requiring low formal education”: what?! The question was “what makes your job exposed to GPT?”. From this answer I get that “jobs requiring low formal education make my job exposed to GPT”. Or I get that who/whatever wrote this knows no syntax or semantics. OK, sorry, you meant “If your job requires low formal education, then it’s exposed to GPT”. But then shouldn’t this answer also be listed under the next question??

   • “Athletes”. Well, “athletes” semantically speaking is not a job; maybe “athletics” is a job. But who gives a shirt about semantics? there’s chatGPT today after all.
   • The same with the rest. “Stonemasonry” is a job, “stonemasons” are the people who do that job. At least the question could have been “Which job categories are exposed to GPT?”.

I’m not fully sure about the logic and perhaps hinted conclusions here. The internet itself is a network with major CSAM problems (so maybe we shouldn’t use it?).

What’s sad and superficial is that these kinds of restrictions and bans just cover a symptom but don’t cure the problem. Maybe they even make it worse. We need an overhaul of our cultural foundation and educational system.

I agree that the wording is inaccurate, but some of the essence remains: the second “service” is forced on you. It’s somewhat as if anyone with a Fakebook account also automatically had a Whatsapp or Instagram account, or some permutation of this.
