and only four walk-ins a day on certain days of which people show up an hour before the post office opens to try and get one of those spots, then they sit in camper chairs until about 3pm to be seen. and they mail you the passport so you cant just pick it up at the post office. you could also go through a third party to get you a reservation sooner than 6months somehow, they also redo all your paperwork to justify paying them I guess but that quick reservation is the key

People snap sometimes we had a coworker who was pretty nice but had this thing with people talking loudly. One day he just went nuts and screamed at an engineer and tech who were talking then he walked out to his car. The tech panicked thinking he was going to get a weapon so he ran to hr who came with security to walk out that guy. He already knew what was going to happen since he had already come back and packed up his things

Yeah I thought I didn’t like beer because each year on our camping trip I’d try one but it just tasted like piss. Then one time at a work thing my supervisor ordered a black and tan so I got one to and it was pretty good. Turns out I just liked darker beer than all the light beers my friends would get at camping. Then my beer journey started. I also learned beer on tap at a brewery tastes much much better then anything bottled or canned. After getting into beer I pretty much just got into anything fermented like kombucha, ginger beer, kefir etc

My dog found a piece of chicken one time and similar to that she always goes crazy when we get around that area.

She also got jumped by two chihuahuas near this house and is always super paranoid walking backwards and everything when we get near there only until we get closer to the house with the cats she starts hyper focusing because she knows as soon as we get past the fence she can look to the right and see a fat cat that she stares at intensely. Compared to my other dog next to her who is blissfully ignorant of all things going on around him

I think that’s why a lot of people dislike youtube premium, because it seems they made the free youtube intentionally very annoying to use without it. Similar to spotify where if you use the free version there’s a ton of ads and half of them are from spotify themselves asking if you’re tired of the ads

Don’t worry in a year or two they’ll have a competing Ai assistant and break any functionality of Gemini and leave everything half baked on the new one

I’m not sure Google needs to know more about me than they already do.

I saw a dell bill board the other day saying they put the Ai in ipa and it had a picture of a laptop and a beer

at that point i just assume im the one they are keeping out and just close the tab

what I do is open a containerized tab on firefox so that youtube has no history enabled and doesnt fill the page with obnoxious content then I search for what I went there for then I close the tab so everything is purged. for my subscriptions I use a container on my server that downloads their videos and ads them to my plex server so I can watch them there when I have time to watch stuff its all in one place
