I’m not referring to candidate eligibility
workerONE@lemmy.worldto News@lemmy.world•South Carolina lawmakers won’t get paid while justices determine whether their raise was legal3·16 days agoThey shouldn’t have to hustle around trying to secure funding for re-election campaigns. Incumbents and new candidates should be given a budget by the government. Campaign donations shouldn’t be allowed at all. Third party campaigning shouldn’t be allowed. IDK where the line is that protects freedom of speech while prohibiting third party campaigning but there needs to be one.

It says 83 Tesla deaths from fires/explosions. Also, like someone else said, It would be important to see how many cars were sold for each model. For example if Tesla sold 2 million model 3s and Ford sold 300,000 Pintos then you’d get an idea of the danger inherent with owning that model.

This compares DEATHS from the Ford Pinto to FIRES for all models made by Tesla.

Which means that US companies may not provide services or products to the ICC. Sure it sucks that Microsoft complied but the federal government is to blame.
“Under President Trump, the US has taken a decidedly less friendly stance toward the European Union and its member states. These geopolitical tensions mean that it is up to the business community to smooth things over. Microsoft, for example, is adamant that it will defend itself in court if Washington demands access to European citizens’ data. In fact, the encryption and access management of sovereign cloud services should make access from outside the continent technically impossible”

It’s about 4 more deaths in the first 5 months than last year.
Of course this year’s deaths might have been lower than last year without Trump’s intervention. It’s possible his actions will cause dozens of deaths by the end of the year.
