I have, however, heard about a LOT of drug use. That would suggest we have an extremely complex situation here with no “quick” answer. I would guess this one is mostly sleep depervation and poor diet. Tuna casseroles are cheap, but they are not very nourishing. But that only begins to explain this one.

I think that might have been the reason, it was about 5 years ago.
Sounds about right to me.
