As of the beginning of this month, corporations in Texas have access to nearly a dozen courts created specifically for the purpose of settling major business cases as well as a statewide panel that will hear appeals from the newly established courts.
We should have a two-tier court system: one for actual people who have rights, and one for corporate non-people who don’t.
The problem with this isn’t that it’s two-tier, it’s that the tiers are straight out of Bizarro-world and absolutely ass-backwards.
