Summary

Jonathan S. O’Dell and Bryan C. Perry, co-founders of the “2nd Amendment Militia,” were convicted of plotting to kill federal agents and migrants crossing the U.S.-Mexico border.

The two men, who amassed weapons and paramilitary gear, planned a trip to Texas in 2022 to target migrants and any federal agents who intervened.

When FBI agents attempted to arrest them, Perry fired at the agents and later attempted an escape while in custody.

Both men face at least 10 years to life in prison, with Perry planning to appeal the verdict.

Real justice is only applied to non-right wing extremists. We live in a time where actions are allowed if it moves the politics of the people - in this case being a left wing activist who is peaceful will get you out in a watch list and have covert government agents infiltrated to monitor the next march while being a right wing extremists who tries to actually murder government agents will receive a visit by the sheriff for recruitment. The left is being actively subdued while right wing actions are encouraged or given leniency.

The most dangerous thing to a right winger is having actual justice applied to them.
