I never said things would continue on like normal. It would have just escalated the situation into what is currently happening now except with Biden in power instead so we’re not all getting fucked. Better that the abusive tyrant be on your side than the other way around. He can run wild until they get their shit together enough to stop him and put safeguards in place to prevent it from happening again in the future (from either side) but the damage is done to the MAGAs instead of the innocent people Trump is targeting and everyone gets a good life lesson about why this “it’s legal as long as it’s an offical act” thing isn’t a great idea.
