Automakers and tech developers testing and deploying self-driving and advanced driver assistance features will no longer have to report as much detailed, public crash information to the federal government, according to a new framework released today by the US Department of Transportation.

      I’m sure that they’re just as shitty and more concerned with profits than safety, just like Tesla. When you don’t punish companies and ceo’s like you would a homeless person, or teacher, or doctor, or police officer, or fireman, then they have no incentive to do anything other than profit at the expense of society.
