Currently, possession of a firearm is still illegal on a Florida college campus, but MAGA state senator Randy Fine (now a US congressman) filed legislation in February to make it legal to carry a gun on campus. Florida Republican legislators have filed a similar bill almost every year, and it always fails to pass. Now they’ll say that if guns were allowed on campus, someone would have stopped this guy, and it will pass.
